Abstract

Interested on presenting a panoramic view about the complex relationship that exists between increase and demographic increment, the author its a wide variety of megacities that belongs to developing world. In relation with those human concentrations, that at the same time shows explosive population growth rates and urban expansion, in this paper are analyzed controversial topics as the convenience or not of controlling the size of the cities, disfuntionality between urban design and new technologies, and dilemmas associated with the motorization in cities of dispair incomes. This work also includes a balance regarding to the weak and strengths of certain concrete innovations related with the public administration of mobility.
