Abstract

Spatial patterns of the services sector have been scarcely analyzed in developing countries. In this paper, results show that the services localization follows a Central Place pattern in the case of Mexico. To prove this asseveration, employment data was aggregated in sectorial and spatial terms. Localization and diversity indicators were also used.
